MSNE Autocross #4 (4/6/08) - April 14, 2008
The results from this event are almost identical to past events. I finished mid-class (8th out of 15 cars).
However, I felt that my driving had improved, and the car was better balanced due to the front and rear wheel switch and some more weight in the rear (from putting parts of the interior back in). I concentrated on improving my braking going into turns and especially not locking the brakes. I tried to keep the car's weight transition small on corner entry, and that seemed to improve my braking substantially.
Even though I finished eighth in the class, I was able to run faster than all of the other 240s competing; there were five other 240s in the event, all S14s. So overall, I think my time was respectable.
There weren't any pictures of my car from the event, but I got a few photos of some interesting cars.
